Start a line with # for a section, ## for a subsection. They appear as jump points in the side panel while you read — no more scrolling to find your spot.

The Speech language picker (top right) tells the mic which language you'll speak. Tracking accuracy depends on it — pick the closest variant for your accent.

A floating ⏸ button shows up on the left edge of the prompter. Click it to pause scrolling (Auto mode) or both scroll + mic (Smart mode). Click again to resume.

Click Pop out in the prompter to float the script as an always-on-top mini window. Put it over Zoom, Meet, or anything else — Chrome / Edge only.

Click Overlay to share another tab as a video background and read the script transparently on top — handy for screen recordings or demos.

Hover or select text in the prompter to get a Google / Perplexity chip. Useful for live Q&A or pronunciations you'd rather not guess on stage.
