1. Service

SpeechMaster is a voice-tracking teleprompter. We provide it as-is, without warranties of any kind.

2. Subscription & Billing

SpeechMaster costs $5 USD per month following a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage billing" page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact support and we'll issue a full refund. Otherwise charges are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SpeechMaster to violate any law or the rights of others. You are solely responsible for how you use the transcripts and any AI-generated content shown to you. SpeechMaster does not record or store your microphone audio or screen captures.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeechMaster's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. SpeechMaster is not liable for outcomes of meetings, interviews, presentations, or other events in which you used the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
